Why Get Certified? Our
goal at the College of American Real Estate Investors is to set a
standard for the real estate investing industry. As such,
certification of investors provides a way of ensuring that investors
who are certified understand real estate principles and thus will
benefit the public at-large with whom they deal.Certification shows your prospective customers and clients that
you are different than the average investor, giving a more professional
look to your business. Particularly if you are a beginner and have no
credentials, certification is a way of adding credibility.
